Steady supplies from Florida. Prices Round Green type is slightly higher, others generally unchanged. Quality generally good.
The carrot market is steady. Growers are seeing better supplies of Jumbo and cello size which has stabilized the market. Demand for snack carrots continues strong and advance ordering is still the way to go. Shippers appear to have caught up with most of the demand and improving supplies should continue.
Cauliflower volume looks to be plentiful with the warm weather in the south. The quality and condition are very nice. Markets should be down a little with all the volume that is coming on. Should be lots of deals on 16s and 9s.

These past couple of weeks we have witnessed the lowest ICEBERG LETTUCE market in years. A freeze throughout the country and ideal growing conditions have built inventories throughout the desert. It will take a while to fill the pipeline up. So look for and another week of low markets.
