Demand and disappearance has increased in ID and CO, however in the PNW districts movement is lower this year compared to last. Overall, the PNW crop may end up a bit short before new crop begins in July. Large size russets continue to be a hot item in WA/OR with heavier demand. NOTE: Price increases on Large tubers are expected over the months to come due in part to supply and quality concerns as well as food service sector opening up over the summer.
