PNW Onions: Demand continues to be light on a weak Jumbo yellow market. Jumbo prices are down again this week while Medium Yellow and Red jumbo and mediums onions are enjoying higher demand with an increase in prices. This is presumably the result of the USDA box program which will be adding demand to the market for the next few weeks. Now is a good time to push Jumbo onions for your bulk displays. White and Yellow sweets are available as well. Market and supplies steady. Movement is expected to increase as more shippers receive onion supplies. Very few Jumbos.
